Our retrofit primary school project in Maida Vale has undergone significant changes this quarter.
The existing RAAC roof has been demolished and removed, with new steel framing now installed. Internally, timber framing has been put up for new walls. We look forward to seeing how the next quarter will develop.

In this project we are assisting the school to retain and refurbish an existing school building, which performs poorly in terms of thermal envelope and overheating. This is an issue for many post-war schools. We have also designed cladding to reflect an abstracted version of the natural growth they seek to foster in students.
