We are thrilled to announce, Crease House has been shortlisted in the RIBA London Awards 2025! Thank you to the entire team and to our supportive clients and consultants.

Crease House is a new contemporary home that uses textured brick as the primary material for both the interior and exterior. The building is deeply connected to nature, and celebrates everyday life. It demonstrates a depth achieved through the use of a limited palette of natural materials and how a thoughtful understanding of light and scale can create a profound sense of place, which contributes positively to the local environment. The existing mature trees on the corner site give it the character of an urban forest, which became an integral part of the design concept. Openstudio Architects led the design team, with structural design by EngineersHRW.

The bricks were supplied by Wienerberger, with mortar by Limegreen.
