The Manchester Project 2020 houses are nearing completion and a great deal of care has been taken to create the stepped recessed brick detail that was part of the original competition proposals. We visited the site to see the progress that had been made and were happy with the crispness of the external envelope. The houses are due to complete in the summer of 2019, with the addition of balconies and the completion of the interior.
